Refund Policy
- Live Webinars: To receive a 100% refund for live webinars, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled webinar time. Once the webinar joining instructions have been shared, no refunds will be issued, even for live events.
- Other Formats (On-Demand, Digital Downloads, Flash Drives, etc.): You are eligible for a 100% refund if the product has not yet been fulfilled (i.e., webinar recording or materials not yet delivered). Once fulfillment is completed, no refunds will be provided.
- Unsatisfied with the Product?: If you are unhappy with any product after fulfillment, we offer a free credit that you can use toward any other product on our platform. This ensures that your investment is never wasted, and you can continue to benefit from our resources.
- 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to meet your expectations. Our support team will ensure that your concerns are addressed, and we will work to provide the best solutions, including exchanges or credits when appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
- SkillWebinars' Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any webinar before the scheduled start time. If a webinar is canceled, attendees will be informed via email, and you can choose between a full refund or a credit note to use for future purchases.
- Customer Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@skillwebinars.com. No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the customer once the product has been fulfilled. However, you can request an exchange or a credit note for future purchases.
- Account Cancellations: To cancel your online account with SkillWebinars, email support@skillwebinars.com. Your request will be processed within 3-4 working days. SkillWebinars reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
